Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground pork or chicken
  • 1 bag coleslaw mix
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp ginger grated
  • Green onions for garnish

Equipment

  • Large skillet or wok
  • Sharp chef's knife
  • Cutting board
  • Wooden spoon or spatula
  • Measuring cups and spoons

Method
 

  1. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat
  2. Brown the ground meat, breaking it into small pieces
  3. Add minced garlic and ginger, cooking for 1 minute
  4. Toss in coleslaw mix and cook for 3-4 minutes
  5. Pour soy sauce over the mixture and stir
  6. Garnish with green onions before serving
