- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Pour in crushed tomatoes, heavy cream, dried basil, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Add pasta to the pot and pour in 3 cups of water. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Once pasta is tender and sauce has thickened, remove from heat.
- Let stand for 5 minutes before serving. Top with grated Parmesan cheese.
