Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz chow mein noodles
  • 1 lb boneless chicken breast sliced
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables carrots, cabbage, bean sprouts
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Equipment

  • Wok or large skillet
  • Cutting board
  • Sharp knife
  • Mixing bowls
  • Tongs

Method
 

  1. Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in wok over high heat. Add chicken and stir-fry until cooked through.
  3. Add garlic and vegetables. Cook for 2-3 minutes until crisp-tender.
  4. Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil in a small bowl.
  5. Add noodles and sauce mixture to the wok. Toss everything together.
  6. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until noodles are heated through.
  7. Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
