easy cheesy broccoli casserole recipe

  • 9x13-inch baking dish
  • Large mixing bowl
  • Cutting board
  • Sharp kitchen knife

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F
  • Steam broccoli until tender, about 5 minutes
  • Mix soup, sour cream, cheese in a large bowl
  • Fold in steamed broccoli
  • Transfer to greased baking dish
  • Top with breadcrumbs and melted butter
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown
