- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Add beans, salsa, and taco seasoning to the beef. Stir and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Spread a thin layer of enchilada sauce in the baking dish.
- Layer 4 tortillas, half the beef mixture, and 1 cup of cheese.
- Repeat layers with remaining ingredients.
- Pour remaining enchilada sauce over the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving with your favorite toppings.
