Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add sliced steak and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, sauté peppers, onions, and mushrooms until soft.
Add garlic and cook for another minute.
Pour in beef broth and heavy cream. Bring to a boil.
Add pasta and cook until al dente, stirring occasionally.
Return the steak to the skillet and stir in provolone cheese until melted.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
