- 3 pounds beef chuck roast thinly sliced
- 2 bell peppers sliced
- 1 large onion sliced
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 slices provolone cheese
- 6 hoagie rolls
Place sliced beef in the slow cooker.
Add peppers, onions, and garlic on top of the beef.
Pour in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce.
Sprinkle Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper over the ingredients.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
Once done, shred the beef using two forks.
