- Place sliced beef in the slow cooker.
- Add peppers, onions, and garlic on top of the beef.
- Pour in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce.
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper over the ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Once done, shred the beef using two forks.
- Toast hoagie rolls and add the beef mixture.
- Top with provolone cheese and broil until melted.
