  • 6-quart slow cooker
  • Sharp knife
  • Cutting board
  • Large skillet
  • Wooden spoon

Ingredients
  

  • 3 pounds beef chuck roast thinly sliced
  • 2 bell peppers sliced
  • 1 large onion sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 slices provolone cheese
  • 6 hoagie rolls

Instructions
 

  • Place sliced beef in the slow cooker.
  • Add peppers, onions, and garlic on top of the beef.
  • Pour in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Sprinkle Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper over the ingredients.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  • Once done, shred the beef using two forks.
  • Toast hoagie rolls and add the beef mixture.
  • Top with provolone cheese and broil until melted.
