Ingredients
  

  • 4 medium russet potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional seasonings: garlic powder paprika, rosemary

  • Large baking sheet
  • Parchment paper
  • Mandoline slicer (optional but recommended)

Method
 

  1. Wash and scrub potatoes thoroughly
  2. Slice potatoes into thin, uniform rounds (about 1/8 inch thick)
  3. Pat potato slices dry with paper towels
  4. Toss slices with olive oil and seasonings
  5. Arrange in single layer on parchment-lined baking sheet
  6. Bake at 425°F for 25-30 minutes
  7. Flip halfway through cooking
  8. Remove when edges are golden and crispy
