- Wash and scrub potatoes thoroughly
- Slice potatoes into thin, uniform rounds (about 1/8 inch thick)
- Pat potato slices dry with paper towels
- Toss slices with olive oil and seasonings
- Arrange in single layer on parchment-lined baking sheet
- Bake at 425°F for 25-30 minutes
- Flip halfway through cooking
- Remove when edges are golden and crispy
