- Marinate chicken in buttermilk and ranch seasoning for 30 minutes
- Mix flour with spices in a separate bowl
- Drain chicken and coat thoroughly in seasoned flour
- Heat oil to 350°F in deep fryer or skillet
- Fry chicken tenders for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown
- Drain on wire rack and let rest for 2-3 minutes
