creamy steak Alfredo

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ribeye steaks 8 oz each
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Equipment

  • Large skillet
  • Cooking thermometer
  • Sharp chef's knife
  • Wooden spoon
  • Cutting board

Method
 

  1. Season steak generously with salt and pepper
  2. Sear steak in hot skillet for 3-4 minutes per side
  3. Remove steak, let rest for 5 minutes
  4. In same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant
  5. Add cream, simmer until slightly thickened
  6. Stir in Parmesan cheese
  7. Slice steak, pour sauce over meat
