- Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper
- Heat olive oil in skillet over medium-high heat
- Sear salmon for 3-4 minutes per side
- Remove salmon and set aside
- In same skillet, sauté minced garlic
- Add heavy cream and chicken broth
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and stir until melted
- Add spinach and cook until wilted
- Return salmon to skillet
- Sprinkle garlic bread crumbs on top
- Cook for additional 2-3 minutes
- Garnish and serve hot
