  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Fresh herbs parsley, dill

Method
 

  1. Pat salmon dry with paper towels
  2. Season fish with salt and pepper
  3. Heat skillet over medium-high heat
  4. Cook salmon 4-5 minutes per side
  5. Remove fish, create creamy garlic sauce in same pan
  6. Pour sauce over salmon
