- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease the baking pan.
- Mix cake mix, eggs, oil, and water. Pour into pan and bake for 30 minutes.
- Cook cranberries with sugar until they pop. Let cool.
- Poke holes in cooled cake. Pour cranberry mixture over.
- Prepare pudding with milk. Spread over cake.
- Top with whipped topping and chill for 4 hours.
