Equipment

  • Large mixing bowl
  • Stand mixer with dough hook
  • 9x13-inch baking pan
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Rolling Pin
  • Kitchen towel

Ingredients
  

  • cups all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • teaspoons active dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup warm milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter softened
  • Cranberry Orange Filling
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries chopped
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Activate yeast in warm milk with a pinch of sugar
  • Mix dry ingredients in stand mixer
  • Add wet ingredients and knead until smooth
  • Let dough rise in warm place for 1 hour
  • Roll out dough into rectangular shape
  • Sprinkle cranberry orange filling evenly
  • Roll and cut into individual rolls
  • Bake at 375°F for 20-25 minutes
