Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted butter

  • 24 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries sliced
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C)
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter
  3. Press mixture into the springform pan

  6. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well
