Cook the Chicken:
Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat.
Cook the chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 165°F/74°C).
Once cooked, remove the chicken from the heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing it thinly.
Assemble the Tacos:
Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for a few seconds.
Place a few slices of grilled chicken on each tortilla.
Top with pineapple chipotle mixture, cilantro, and any additional toppings you like.
