- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat
- Cook chicken until golden brown and fully cooked
- Push chicken to one side and scramble eggs in the same pan
- Add frozen vegetables and garlic, stir-fry for 2-3 minutes
- Mix in cooked rice and soy sauce
- Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly
- Garnish with chopped green onions
