Chicken Enchiladas Recipe

  • 3 cups shredded chicken
  • 2 cups green chile sauce
  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 2 cups melted cheese blend
  • 1 diced onion
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Large skillet
  • Mixing bowls

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F
  2. Warm tortillas until soft
  3. Fill each tortilla with chicken
  4. Roll tortillas tightly
  5. Place in baking dish
  6. Cover with green chile sauce
  7. Sprinkle melted cheese on top
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes
