- Preparation time: 20 minutes
- Total cooking time: 1 hour
- Chop vegetables using your chef's knife
- Heat olive oil in soup pot over medium heat
- Sauté vegetables until softened (about 5 minutes)
- Add chicken and cook until no longer pink
- Pour in broth and wild rice
- Simmer for 45 minutes
- Stir in cream during last 5 minutes
- Season to taste
