chicken and stuffing casserole

  • 4 cups cooked diced chicken
  • 1 package 6 oz stuffing mix
  • 1 can 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix chicken, soup, sour cream, milk, vegetables, and seasonings in a bowl.
  3. Pour mixture into greased baking dish.

  5. Drizzle melted butter evenly over stuffing.
