- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat
- Sauté chicken until golden brown, about 5-6 minutes
- Add minced garlic and cook for additional minute
- Stir in pasta, chicken broth, and cream cheese
- Simmer for 10-12 minutes until pasta is tender
- Fold in fresh spinach during last 2 minutes of cooking
- Season with salt and pepper
