- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
- Cook ravioli according to package instructions
- Sauté mushrooms and garlic in olive oil
- Add spinach to skillet and cook until wilted
- Mix ricotta, half the mozzarella, and Parmesan in a bowl
- Layer ravioli, mushroom-spinach mix, and cheese mixture in baking dish
- Top with remaining mozzarella
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden
