cheesy hamburger rice casserole

This dish is a mix of savory ground beef and fluffy rice, all wrapped in cheese. It's a recipe that brings families together. It's easy to make and always a hit.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 cup uncooked white rice
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 diced onion
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
