cheesy hamburger rice casserole

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 cup uncooked white rice
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 diced onion
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F
  • Brown ground beef in skillet, drain excess fat
  • Add onions and garlic, cook until softened
  • Mix in rice, broth, and cream of mushroom soup
  • Transfer to baking dish
