Cheeseburger egg rolls

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef 80/20 blend
  • 8 egg roll wrappers
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil for frying

  • Large skillet or deep fryer
  • Cutting board

Method
 

  1. Brown ground beef in a skillet, draining excess fat
  2. Mix beef with cheese, onions, and condiments
  3. Place mixture in center of egg roll wrapper
  4. Fold and seal edges with water
  5. Heat oil to 375°F in deep fryer
  6. Fry egg rolls until golden brown (2-3 minutes)
  7. Drain on paper towels and serve hot
