- Preheat oven to 375°F. Line jelly roll pan with parchment paper.
- Mix flour, baking powder, and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Beat eggs and sugar until light. Add oil and carrots. Fold in dry ingredients.
- Spread batter in pan. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Roll cake in towel. Cool completely.
- Beat cream cheese filling ingredients until smooth.
- Unroll cake, spread filling, and re-roll.
- Chill for 1 hour before serving.
