- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease the baking pan.
- Mix flour, 1/2 cup butter, and brown sugar. Press into pan. Bake for 20 minutes.
- In a saucepan, combine remaining butter, granulated sugar, cream, and corn syrup. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and stir in pecans, vanilla, and salt.
- Pour mixture over baked crust. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Cool completely before cutting into bars.
