- Shred cabbage and place in a large bowl.
- Add julienned carrots and sliced red bell pepper to the bowl.
- In a jar, combine apple cider vinegar, honey, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Shake well.
- Pour the cider vinaigrette over the cabbage mixture.
- Toss the salad until all ingredients are well coated.
- Sprinkle sliced almonds on top before serving.
