Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups crushed Butterfinger candy bars
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 cups milk chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable shortening

Equipment

  • Large mixing bowl
  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper
  • Microwave-safe bowl
  • Spoon or spatula
  • Measuring cups and spoons

Method
 

  1. Mix crushed Butterfingers, peanut butter, melted butter, and powdered sugar in a large bowl.
  2. Form the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Freeze the balls for 30 minutes.
  4. Melt chocolate chips and shortening in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  5. Dip each ball in the melted chocolate and return to the baking sheet.
  6. Refrigerate the coated balls for 15 minutes or until the chocolate sets.
