 Buffalo chicken recipe

  • 2 large cauliflower heads chopped
  • 1.5 pounds boneless chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup green onions chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F
  2. Steam cauliflower until tender, about 5-7 minutes

  5. Layer cauliflower, chicken, and sauce in baking dish
  6. Top with cheddar cheese
