  • 4 oz cream cheese softened

  • 12 egg roll wrappers
  • 1 egg for sealing
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Method
 

  1. Mix chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and blue cheese in a bowl
  2. Place filling in center of egg roll wrapper
  3. Fold corners and roll tightly
  4. Seal edges with beaten egg
  5. Heat oil to 375°F
  6. Fry egg rolls until golden brown (2-3 minutes)
