- Heat olive oil in Dutch oven over medium-high heat
- Brown beef cubes until golden (about 5-7 minutes)
- Add onions and garlic, sauté until fragrant
- Pour in beef broth and bring to a simmer
- Add potatoes, carrots, and seasonings
- Cook for 30-40 minutes until meat is tender
- Stir in frozen peas during last 5 minutes
- Serve hot and enjoy!
