Preheat & Prepare:
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) or air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Coat the Cauliflower:
In a bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Add milk and stir to create a thick batter.
Dip cauliflower florets into the batter, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
Bake or Air-Fry:
Oven Method: Arrange coated florets on the baking sheet and spray with oil. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway.
Air Fryer Method: Place in the air fryer basket and cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway.
Make the Bang Bang Sauce:
In a bowl, whisk together mayo, Sriracha, sweet chili sauce, honey, and lime juice.
Toss & Serve:
Once cauliflower is crispy, toss in the bang bang sauce or drizzle on top.
Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
