- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
- Line muffin tin with paper liners
- Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy
- Add mashed bananas and eggs, mix well
- Combine dry ingredients in separate bowl
- Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet mixture
- Fill muffin cups 2/3 full
- Bake for 18-20 minutes
- Cool on rack for 10 minutes
