- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease donut pan
- Reduce apple cider in saucepan until thickened
- Whisk dry ingredients in large mixing bowl
- Combine wet ingredients in separate bowl
- Gently mix wet and dry ingredients
- Pipe batter into donut cavities
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden
- Cool on wire rack for 10 minutes
