Asian cucumber salad

Ingredients
  

  • 2 large cucumbers thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 1 red chili finely chopped (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Wash and slice cucumbers thinly.
  • In a bowl, mix rice vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, and salt.
  • Add cucumber slices to the dressing and toss well.
  • Sprinkle cilantro, sesame seeds, and chili (if using) over the salad.
  • Chill for 15 minutes before serving your Asian cucumber salad.
