Apple Cinnamon Pecan Bread

This bread is perfect for both baking fans and new cooks. It combines sweet apples, fragrant cinnamon, and crunchy pecans. It's full of rich flavors and has a great texture. It's perfect with your morning coffee or as an afternoon snack.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 medium apples diced
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Equipment

  • 9x5 inch loaf pan
  • Large mixing bowl
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Whisk or electric mixer
  • Cooling rack
  • Parchment paper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Grease loaf pan with butter or line with parchment paper
  3. Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl
  4. Whisk wet ingredients separately
  5. Combine wet and dry mixtures gently
  6. Fold in diced apples and pecans
  7. Pour batter into prepared pan
  8. Bake for 55-60 minutes
  9. Cool completely before slicing
